Harness Sizing

Each harness is fully adjustable and designed to accommodate a wide range of body sizes. The size ranges listed are approximate, so we highly recommend measuring yourself for the most accurate fit before purchasing.

If you fall between sizes, we suggest sizing up. You will still achieve a secure fit, however, there may be some excess strap that cannot be fully tucked away.

How to Measure Yourself

Hip Measurement- With your legs together, measure the thickest part of your hips.

Uppermost Thigh Measurement- This measurement will start at the crease between your groin and thigh, wrap around your entire leg, ending just under your butt cheek in the back.

On the sizing chart, the smallest number of each range represents when the harness is tightened all the way and has no excess strap hanging out (image 1). You can still wear the strap if you are smaller than this measurement, there will just be extra fabric that will hang out of the slider.

The biggest number of each range is when the strap is loosened all the way (image 2). You will not be able to fit into a size if you are above that number. We recommend sizing up if you are between sizes to allow for more adjustability.

With each increasing size, we are not only adding length to the back and leg pieces, we also add length the piece that goes across your pelvis. This allows for optimal buckle placement and determines where the harness will sit on your hip.
